Learn about the physics, art and history of arcade games.

Thanks for your interest in Wackenhammer's Clockwork Arcade STEAMuseum. We regret to inform you that our physical location is permanently closed. We are dedicated to the Science of Play and may feature web based links and activities for STEAM learning here or on our facebook page.

Prof. Wackenhammer has scoured the world for antique, classic, and unusual pinball, video, kiddie ride, and arcade games for your amusement, including many invented by the Professor himself. We encourage families to play all day, perfecting scores or finding new favorites. Experiment with STEAM concepts used by game designers to extend your enjoyment. Stay for an hour or an afternoon, and discover the Science of Play!

“It’s nice to not only watch [my kids] run around and have fun, but to be able to do it with them."
